Shipping
Delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for any UK postcode.
We ship across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment, with tracking sent to your email on dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, tracked delivery usually arrives within 2–3 working days. You will receive tracking so you always know where your order is.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen cycle, and delivery on them is also free. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account — no minimum commitment, no need to email us.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, for any reason or none. Email us within that time and return the bottle unopened, with its seal intact, and we will refund you in full.
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept change-of-mind returns while the seal remains intact. This is standard across the supplement category and it protects every customer.
On a change of mind, you cover the cost of returning the item. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
If something is wrong
This is separate, and your rights are wider. If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. We cover the return postage on those.
If your order has not arrived 10 working days after your dispatch email, tell us and we will resend or refund it in full.
