If you bought the 3-Pack, that’s one third of what you paid; you’ll return the other two bottles and cover the postage. No need to wait until day 60: get in touch as soon as you know. What should I expect in the first few days?
Every dog settles into a new daily routine differently. If you have any concerns about how your dog is responding, your vet is always the best person to ask.
What if my dog won’t take it?
Try crushing it into wet food first. If that doesn’t work, tell us within 60 days and we’ll refund the price of one bottle — one third of the price if you bought the 3-Pack, with the other two bottles returned at your cost.
Can I cancel the subscription myself?
Yes, any time from your account, or by emailing us. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Follow the daily feeding guide printed on your bottle. Each bottle contains 120 tablets.

The printed bands overlap at 25 kg. If your dog weighs exactly 25 kg, or falls between the listed bands, ask us to confirm the feeding amount before use.
Give directly or as part of a meal. Crush into your dog’s food if necessary. Fresh drinking water should always be available.
Check suitability before use.
Complementary feed for adult dogs. Not suitable for puppies under 12 weeks. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating dogs. For dogs under veterinary supervision, consult a vet before use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. The best-before date and batch number are on the base of the bottle.

Composition and ingredient declarations
Composition: inulin from chicory root (fructooligosaccharides).
Inulin amount: 250 mg per tablet, according to the product specification.
Live culture blend: 2 billion CFU per tablet. Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus plantarum.
Digestive enzyme complex: 150 mg per tablet. Amylase, bromelain, protease, lipase, cellulase and lactase.
Sensory additives: yeast-based chicken flavour, 4,141 mg/kg (3.75 mg per tablet).
Technological additives: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Culture and enzyme amounts are blend totals. The split between the individual cultures and enzymes is not disclosed by the manufacturer.
